Functional fitness for ages 50+

Longevity is our functional fitness program for men and women age 50 and above. Longevity was designed to provide a safe, effective, and culturally enjoyable program for older adults to build both confidence in their abilities and efficacy in their capacities for stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, coordination, and balance. Rather than focusing on lifespan, the Longevity program’s mission is to increase the individual health-spans of each of its members.
