  • CrossFit Group Training

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • Longevity

    Longevity is our functional fitness program for men and women age 50 and above.  Longevity was designed to provide a safe, effective, and culturally enjoyable program for older adults to build both confidence in their abilities and efficacy in their capacities for stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, coordination, and balance.  Rather than focusing on lifespan, the Longevity program’s mission is to increase the individual health-spans of each of its members.

    Each 1 hour class is taught and led by an experienced Longevity coach, is inclusive and supportive, and over time will reshape your idea of aging and your sustained capacity and desire to set and obtain health driven goals.

  • Personal Training

    Regardless of your fitness level, personal training is a great way to achieve specific goals. Whether you’re looking to lose body fat, gain strength, or improve technique, our personal training will get you there. Your coach will identify and clarify your goals, assess your movements, and design a training program tailored to your fitness needs. We offer personal training at both the individual level and in small groups.
