Coach Ricio is four years into his CrossFit journey, and found his passion for the sport after playing a variety of sports, including baseball, basketball, football, and bodybuilding. With a background in powerlifting, he has found a love for helping members make improvements in their own strength and mobility. “it wasn’t until I found Crossfit that I realized how much our community could help others improve their quality of life through movement,” he says. “Once I realized that we could help prevent illness by having fun in the gym, I knew I had to be a part of inspiring others to get stronger and have better mobility”
When Coach Ricio isn’t helping members at the gym, he also enjoys music and good food.
